Refit, Don't Replace
Denture Relines
Same-day refit to your changing gums.
Gums shrink over time. A denture that fit perfectly two years ago can become loose, painful, or unstable as the underlying tissue changes. A reline refits the denture to your current gums — same day, in our lab.

Denture Relines — what patients ask
A hard reline replaces the inner surface of the denture with new acrylic shaped to your current gums. Permanent fix, lasts as long as the denture.
A soft reline uses a flexible silicone-like material — gentler on sore or shrinking gums. Lasts 1–2 years and is typically replaced when it loses cushioning.
Every 1–3 years for most patients — varies a lot by individual biology and how recently you lost teeth. We assess fit at every check-up and let you know when a reline is due.
Not forever — at some point the denture teeth wear out and a remake is the right call. But many patients extend the life of a denture by 5+ years through periodic relines.
