Every prosthetic MyBite delivers comes with a written warranty, in your hand, that follows you across all seven of our clinics. Same-day chairside adjustments. Free remakes when something genuinely can't be made to fit. This is the guarantee, in plain language.

The exact warranty for your case is documented in writing at delivery. The same standards apply whether your prosthetic was made in Calgary, Kelowna, or anywhere in between.
Fit Guarantee
If your denture genuinely cannot be made to fit comfortably through reasonable chairside adjustments, we remake it. No fight, no negotiation.
Workmanship
We stand behind the build. Manufacturing defects within the warranty period are repaired or replaced at no charge.
Same-Day Adjustments
Sore spots, pressure points, bite issues — chairside adjustments happen the same day at any MyBite clinic. The lab is in our building.
Network Portability
Your warranty is honored at any MyBite clinic. Move from Calgary to Kelowna and your coverage moves with you.
Stored Digital Scans
Every digital case is stored. If you ever need a remake — even years later — we have the scan data to start from.
Transparent Limits
Warranty terms (period, exclusions, normal wear) are documented in writing at delivery. No surprises. No fine print buried in the receipt.
How a Remake Works
If we can't make it fit, we remake it.
A denture that doesn't fit isn't a denture worth wearing. Sometimes — even with our digital workflow — a case requires a remake. Maybe your gums changed shape unexpectedly. Maybe the bite settles differently than the design predicted. Maybe a hairline fabrication issue only shows up after a week of wear.
When that happens, here's what we do: your denturist assesses the case, decides whether chairside adjustments will solve it or whether a remake is the right call, and tells you honestly. If a remake is warranted under your warranty, there is no additional charge.
We don't ask you to live with a denture that hurts. We don't ask you to come back five times for adjustments that aren't going to work. We don't ask you to start the process over at another clinic. We fix it, here, on our dime.

The warranty — what patients ask
Warranty periods vary by prosthetic type — complete dentures, partial dentures, implant-supported, All-on-4. The exact period and terms for your case are documented in writing at delivery.
Manufacturing and workmanship defects, fit issues that cannot be resolved by reasonable chairside adjustment, and breakage under normal wear. Normal wear (gum tissue changes that require relines after years of use) is not a defect, but those relines are handled at fair, transparent pricing.
Damage from misuse (dropping, biting on hard objects, using household glue to attempt repair), loss of the prosthetic, and modifications made by another clinic without our involvement. We will still help — those just aren't covered free.

Tell us. Cosmetic concerns (smile line, tooth shape, characterization) are decided collaboratively in CAD before fabrication, so we catch most issues before they become permanent. If something still isn't right after delivery, we work with you to address it.
Just call the clinic where you were treated, or any MyBite clinic, and describe the issue. There is no separate warranty form. No 30-day notice requirement. No claim process. We treat you, we fix it, we document it.
