Our Team

Wade Klimpke is a past president and long-standing member of the College of Alberta Denturists & the The College of Denturists of British Columbia. Wade leads several industry working groups that help advance and monitor old, current, and new industry developments. This has allowed him to gain many industry relationships with implant dentistry suppliers in Canada and the United States.

Wade obtained his denturist license in 1998 and is the current owner of Mybite locations in Alberta and British Columbia. In addition to his own clinics, Wade often acts as a consultant to clinics around Alberta & BC. As a Denture Specialist, he believes in finding the best solution for his patients and restoring their smile and confidence.

Wade enjoys sharing his years of experience and has lectured across Canada sharing his knowledge on implant-supported prosthetics, All-on-4 and Teeth-in-a-Day, and works closely with dentists and denture specialists from across Canada.

Erin Derraugh has been a committed Denture Specialist since 2005 and currently owns MyBite locations across Alberta and British Columbia. Erin graduated from the Denturist Program in Edmonton, Alberta with Honors and was elected Class President. She has contributed to the Denturist profession by serving as both a Council Member and Vice President with the College of Alberta Denturists for 4 years, and Audit Committee member for 2 years. Erin attends continuing education courses regularly, allowing her to deliver innovative and effective technical and aesthetic solutions for her patients. Erin works closely with many industry leading Dentists and Surgeons and has lectured to her peers on removable and non-removable implants solutions.

Erin is incredibly passionate about her work, but also has a passion for fitness and athletics. In her spare time, she focuses on being active in sports and spending time with her family and friends.

Walter Assmus has been in private practice since 1982. He has held executive positions with the Alberta Denturist Society and was the President for four years. He continued his commitment to the profession by being a member of the Board of Examiners and the College of Alberta Denturists for several years. In 1990, he was named a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Denturists, and in 2003 was awarded the Alberta Denturist Order Of Merit.

As a denture specialist, Walter has completed extensive continuing education courses as well as post-graduate studies in the area of Neuromuscular Diagnosis and Treatment, Dental Kinesiology and Implant Prosthodontics.

Walter believes in providing his patients with the latest denture and implant treatments. He educates them and provides treatment options that suit their individual needs, thus enabling each patient to make informed decisions with confidence.

Trish has been working in private practice for over a decade after graduating from the Denturist program in Edmonton, Alberta. Trish focuses on individual, patient-specific needs and enjoys working with people to address their specific individual needs. Trish stays busy at home with her husband and daughter, boating in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Lindsey graduated from the Denturist program in Edmonton, Alberta as well as being BPS certified. She is continuously expanding her knowledge with additional courses and learning opportunities. Lindsey ensures you leave with a bright smile while having a positive and enjoyable experience throughout the process.

When not making smiles, Lindsey enjoys playing hockey, travelling, and spending time with friends and family!

Born and raised in Grande Prairie, Cara-Lee has had the privilege to practice with her dad, Rudy, for over 20 years. She has had the privilege of sitting on the College of Alberta Denturists for 6 years, 2 years as Vice President. She’s enjoyed her time working with many students from NAIT as a preceptor.

Cara-Lee is dedicated to her community and is a member of the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie After 5. She is committed to continuing education to stay up to date in new procedures. Her youngest son Christian is attending NAIT and will soon be a third-generation denturist.

Danielle grew up in Northwest Saskatchewan and attended NAIT in Edmonton to graduate from the Denturist Program where she received the Shawn Yandt Clinical Excellence Award. She began her career in Vermilion in 2011 at Richardson Denture Clinic.

Danielle loves to connect with and get to know her patients. She is a hardworking individual who is motivated by challenges and feels great when her patients are proud of their new smile. Her aim is to provide every patient with the kind of care and compassion that she would wish to receive. Her favorite part of working at the clinic is seeing how she can improve peoples’ smiles and quality of life. She firmly believes in continuously updating and expanding her knowledge in order to provide the best care possible for her patients.

Danielle is blessed to be able to spend her free time with her husband and daughter. Together, they enjoy camping, going for bike rides, and spending time at the farm. She has a love for reading, so if you have any book recommendations, let her know at your next appointment.
